- Jessore student invents biogas plant
Jessore Zila School class nine student Abdur Rahman invented a high technology based biogas plant being inspired by the spirit 'Technology can overcome poverty.'
Tons of wastes are abandoned in district towns across the country, which only contributes to environment pollution. But the biogas plant technology invented by tiny scientist Abdur Rahman can turn this huge wastes into resources.
His biogas plant can make good quality fuel gas, improved compost fertilizer and reduce environment pollution.
This biogas plant is not completely similar with other biogas plant available in the country. It can produce much more gas from wastes. It is possible to use this biogas in families in cylinders.
This can also be compressed and used as fuel for motorised vehicles.
This project can save huge foreign currencies, check environment pollution, manufacture organic fertilizer and supply cooking gas to rural families.
This Jessore Zila School meritorious student secured GPA-5 in JSC examination and got talent-pool scholarship.
Rahman was awarded at the district and national levels for inventing biogas plants. His father is Dr. S.M. Abdullah, said a press release.
